Massachusetts Guardianship Association unites professionals and families to ensure that every person’s dignity is respected, and voice is heard through education, fostering connections, and elevating the standards of guardianship. Our members make the work we do possible and without your contributions, this critical work would cease to exist. Members get to take advantage of our online Members’ Directory, the e-Newsletter, and discounts for future programs.
The MGA provides information and resources on the MGA website. We sponsor educational efforts and events for our membership and the community. We support public policy initiatives that further the rights and services for adults with decisional or physical impairment and minors in need of a guardian or conservator.
The MGA does not offer legal advice or recommend private attorneys, and does not refer to or endorse firms, agencies or businesses. The MGA website is maintained exclusively for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. Visitors to this web site who have a legal problem should contact a lawyer.
